- Participants may request a cancellation of their enrollment in a video course by contacting our customer support team.
Refund Eligibility:
Full refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made within 3 days from the date of enrollment.
Refund requests made after 3 days will not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account individual circumstances.

- Upon enrollment, participants will receive access to the video course content for a specified duration (Access Period). The Access Period details will be provided at the time of purchase.
No-Show Policy:
- Participants who do not access the video course within 3 days from the start of the Access Period will be considered a “no-show,” and no refunds will be provided.

- The course provider reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a video course. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements, including refunds or rescheduling options, will be offered.
